These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") govern the use of SoundPick (\"the App\").
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the App provider.
2. Requirements
Some features require an Apple Music subscription and a network connection.
3. Paid Subscription
The App offers a paid subscription (SoundPick Pro). The monthly plan includes a one-time 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Charges are billed to your Apple ID, and you can manage or cancel in your account settings.

Yearly plan: Term: 1 year (auto-renewing) / Price: JPY 3,000 per year

4. Account
The App does not require server-side account registration and stores settings and history on the device.
5. Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in illegal activities or actions that disrupt the service.
6. Disclaimer
The provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

These Terms may be updated as needed.
8. Suspension of Service
The provider may suspend service for maintenance or system issues.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

本アプリには有料サブスクリプション（SoundPick Pro）があります。月額プランは初回のみ7日間の無料トライアルを提供します。無料期間終了後、月額プランに自動更新され、更新日の24時間前までに解約しない限り更新されます。購入はApple IDに請求され、管理や解約はデバイスのアカウント設定から行えます。

6. 免責事項
本アプリの提供者は、本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
7. 変更
本規約は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。
8. サービスの停止
提供者は、システム保守や障害対応などの必要に応じて、本アプリの提供を停止することがあります。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
